2 b there are two window blinds that have cords that pose a hazard in licensed space. 3a there are some staples on the parent board boarder that still have staples on it and pose a sharp hazard if they were to fall off the board. 3f there is a tall five foot tall shelf in the living room and a corner shelf in the living room that pose a falling hazard. There are two book shelfes in the playroom that also pose a falling hazard. 5 a there are two outlets that do not have the correct face plate or cover on them.
